Mr. Griego

Mr. Griego's experience includes the following areas of practice: Employment Retirement Income Security Act; Fair Labor Standards Act; Title VII; California Fair Employment and Housing Act; Age Discrimination in Employment Act; Federal and State Labor Arbitration Experience; Unemployment Insurance Appeals and Civil Litigation arising out of employment disputes before Federal and State Court including wrongful termination, employment contracts, customer lists, employee raiding and trade secrets.

In addition, he represents business clients in matters pertaining to claims before the California Labor Commissioner, U. S. Department of Labor, EEOC, and Department of Fair Employment and Housing pertaining to wage and hour claims, claims of sexual, race, age, sex and pregnancy discrimination. He also advises business clients in labor matters and develops policies and procedures to reduce exposure to employee claims of all kinds in light of developing law. Additionally, he has represented plaintiffs in innumerable employee rights cases up to and including jury trial.

Mr. Griego has also successfully represented clients with problems in real estate involving fraud, title, joint tenancy, breach of contract, and other issues.

 

Mr. Nuddleman

Mr. Nuddleman's experience includes the following areas of practice: Title VII; California Fair Employment and Housing Act; Age Discrimination in Employment Act; Unemployment Insurance Appeals; Federal and State Wage and Hour Issues; Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation; Americans with Disabilities Act; Negotiating/Mediating contractual and employment disputes and Civil Litigation arising out of employment disputes before Federal and State Court including wrongful termination, employment contracts, wage and hour disputes, breach of confidentiality agreements.

Mr. Nuddleman represents business clients regarding wage & hour claims, discrimination and harassment policies, employer policies, and other employment related matters. Mr. Nuddleman assists employers to avoid litigation by helping ensure his clients' policies and practices comply with the law. Mr. Nuddleman drafts handbooks, contract, non-compete agreements and other documents every business should have.
